Subject: Regarding changing my elective subject         

Dear Sir

I would like to state that I am a ninth-grader at your school. Biology was an elective subject for me when I first enrolled. The subject piqued my curiosity, and I hoped to excel at it, but it did not pan out. Rather, I have lost interest in the subject since it looks to be beyond my understanding. As a result, I believe that my elective subject should be changed from Biology to Computer Science.

I wish that you would be so kind as to accord me permission to change my elective subject from Biology to Computer Science, and oblige thereby.
