Subject: Regarding multimedia facilities in the classroom 

Dear Sir

This is in connection with a current concern, which is the lack of multimedia capabilities in our classroom. As you are aware, our classes are conducted in an outdated style. In class, the only teaching aids are a textbook, a blackboard, and a piece of chalk. As a result, most students find a lesson boring and their attention is distracted. The time has come to convert to modern teaching tools in order to create a more favourable environment in which teaching and learning can take place more easily. Hence, we request that multimedia facilities be provided in our classroom to bring about a change in the way classroom teaching is done. Teaching and learning will undoubtedly become more enjoyable and engaging as a result of this.

In these circumstances, I wish that you would arrange for the installation of multimedia facilities in the classroom in the greater interest of the students.
